Upon successful prepaid orders placed through cinefonts.com,

Order will be shipped within 2 working days.
Order will be shipped through reputed courier services or Indian postal service depending on your location.
We shall update you with the tracking id by email.
For shipment returned by the courier company due to customer unavailabile, We shall contact the user before retrying shipping.
In case the customer is not reachable, the order shall remain with us until it is claimed back by the customer.
We test the usb dongle and ensure its working condition before shipping.
The packing is done well to avoid any damage during shipping process.
Currently we ship within India only.

We ensure each order is thoroughly checked before shipment. Hence we do not accept retruns of the product.
Since the product is digital in nature, we cannot entertain returns as they can be used and returned afterwards.
Unless the order is not delivered for any reason by the courier company, and is returned back to us, refund is issued.
i.e Only for failure of delivery by the courier company, refund will be issued to customer within 5 working days.
Refund will be processed to the same bank account from which payment is made.
